Booking and Cancellations policy

  • A £30 deposit is required for your booking to be confirmed. Please give us a call or text to get the details of where to send the deposit. Your deposit is fully refundable should you need to cancel 48 hours before your appointment.
  • To cancel your appointment please contact us via phone, text or WhatsApp message at least 48h before your appointment.
  • If you cancel within 48h of your appointment, your deposit cannot be refunded.
